Billet valve covers are designed internally to achieve optimal fit, smoothness, and functional balance. The valve covers are made of aircraft grade 6061-T6 aluminum and equipped with all stainless steel fasteners. The baffle system has been integrated into this valve cover and has undergone extensive testing. The store will connect the waste oil to the collection tank and CCV deletion kit link to ensure more efficient waste oil management.
Use an oil cap with a steel billet cover to enhance the appearance. We see that all steel billet covers are either too tight or loose. When the engine reaches temperature and the cover needs to be removed, the cover becomes very hot. Our aluminum billets are made of solid aluminum blocks through forging and machining. This process has higher strength and durability, making it suitable for high-precision and high demand applications.
