DESCRIPTION

Product Overview

  • Unprotected, hanging sensor connectors pose a serious threat to your 2011–2014 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke after installing aftermarket performance hardware or custom tuning. Unplugged factory wiring lines under the frame quickly collect moisture, grime, and winter salt, causing corroded harness pins and difficult-to-trace electrical faults.
  • Protect your factory wiring with this complete 6.7L Powerstroke Weatherproof Sensor Plug Pack. Engineered to snap directly onto your disconnected OEM harness ends, these sealed weather-pack plugs lock out water, mud, and road debris—keeping your electrical pins clean and your wiring harness fully protected.
Key Features
  • Molded from high-temperature ABS and chemical-resistant rubber gaskets that take extreme engine bay heat and off-road vibration in stride.
  • Wipes out pin corrosion by keeping moisture, dirt, road grime, and salt spray completely out.
  • Shields live factory circuits from electrical interference, preventing false codes and leaving the factory harness untouched for an easy return to stock.
  • Spans every key unused connector — the EGR plugs under the hood and the DPF and exhaust-temperature sensor plugs along the frame.

FAQ

Q: How hard is it to pop these caps off later if I want to go back to stock?

A: Very easy. The caps use the same OEM-style quick-release tabs, so they lock onto the harness tight but can be pressed and pulled off in seconds — the factory wiring stays 100% untouched and ready for the original sensors.

Q: Couldn’t I just cover the open plugs with electrical tape and call it done?

A: Tape is a short-term fix that backfires. Under engine heat, oil, and road salt it breaks down, and once the adhesive lets go it actually holds moisture against the pins — corroding them faster than leaving them bare. These caps make a permanent, airtight seal that keeps water out for good.

Q: Does this kit also fit a 2015 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke?

A: No. Ford changed the wiring, pin counts, and connector shapes on the 6.7L Powerstroke from the 2015 model year onward, and this kit is pinned for the 2011–2014 connector profiles specifically.

Q: Is this kit compatible with Cab & Chassis (F-450/F-550) trucks?

A: It is. The kit fits standard pickups and chassis cab models equally, since the under-hood EGR and the main under-chassis exhaust plugs are the same. Just keep in mind that chassis cabs run different wheelbases and commercial frames, so any extra plugs a body builder added won’t be covered.
