A: No. The triangle BSM indicator plugs into your factory blind-spot monitoring harness and only lights up when the system detects a vehicle in your blind spot. Your Super Duty must have factory BSM for this to function.
Q: Will the temperature sensor keep error codes off my dashboard?
A: Yes. The built-in ambient temperature sensor uses the same protocol as the factory unit, preventing the false readings and error codes that can appear when a sensor-equipped mirror is replaced with one that lacks it.
