Q: Where exactly on the engine does this kit install? 

A: Underneath the intake manifold. The kit is designed to fully replace the factory EGR cooler, which resides deep in the engine valley of the 6.0L block, positioned directly beneath the intake manifold and adjacent to the oil cooler assembly.

Q: Where does the billet aluminum coolant reroute tube connect? 

A: Between the oil cooler and the water pump. This precision J-tube attaches to the oil cooler cover port and redirects engine coolant directly back into the cooling circuit, completely bypassing the location where the old EGR cooler was previously mounted.

Q: Do I need to pull the intake manifold to complete this installation? 

A: Yes, the intake manifold must be removed. Because the factory EGR cooler is buried deep in the engine valley, accessing it requires pulling the alternator, air intake system, turbocharger, and the intake manifold before the delete components can be installed.
