A: This is a Custom Tuning Software Package / Cloud Access Code. It requires you to already own or purchase an EZ Lynk AutoAgent (1.0, 2.0, or 3.0) hardware device to connect to your vehicle.
Q: How do I receive my tune file after placing an order?
A: Once you place your order and submit your vehicle's VIN and EZ Lynk technician connection code, your custom profile will be linked directly to your EZ Lynk AutoAgent cloud account. Simply open the EZ Lynk app on your phone, connect to your AutoAgent, and tap "Install."
Q: Can I change power levels on the fly while driving my Ford Super Duty?
