DESCRIPTION

Product Overview

  • The 6.6L LML suffers from power-robbing DPF regenerations, fail-prone DEF sensors triggering 55 MPH limiters, and EGR gas spiking engine temperatures. Worse, the factory CCV vents oily vapors into the intake, mixing with soot to create thick valve sludge and turbo buildup.
  • The LML 5" Delete Kit with Mini Maxx V2 Tuner fixes these issues completely. The pre-loaded tuner clears CEL codes and disables DPF, DEF, and EGR diagnostics, while the 5" race pipe, CCV reroute, and EGR bypass lower EGTs, stop intake sludge, eliminate backpressure, and unlock 150+ HP on-the-fly.

Key Features

  • Shift-on-the-Fly Performance: Change power settings on-the-fly directly from the cabin display, unlocking additional horsepower and eliminating throttle lag.
  • Prevents Oil Sludge: CCV reroute prevents oily vapors from coating intake valves, while EGR delete stops hot gas recirculation to protect engine oil.
  • Pre-Loaded Mini Maxx V2 Tuner: Automatically turns off active DPF regenerations, DEF fluid level/heater warnings, and EGR/CCV diagnostics without requiring extra custom files.
  • 4-in-1 Delete Package: Removes and disables restrictive DPF filters, DEF/AdBlue urea systems, EGR coolers, and failure-prone CCV reroutes in one order.

FAQ

Q: Should I choose the 4-inch or 5-inch exhaust pipe system?

A: Choose the 4" pipe for stock to mild tow setups to get quick turbo spooling, crisp throttle response, and minimal highway cabin drone, or go with the 5" pipe for maximum exhaust airflow, the lowest possible EGTs during heavy hauling, and a deep, aggressive V8 diesel rumble.

Q: Do I need to drain the engine oil or coolant before installing the CCV reroute and EGR delete?

A: You do not need to drain engine oil for the CCV reroute. However, you must drain approximately 1 to 2 gallons of engine coolant from the radiator before removing the EGR cooler to install the coolant bypass hose without spilling DEX-COOL onto your engine bay.

Q: What happens if I leave the factory sensor wire harnesses unplugged without protective caps?

A: Unprotected plugs exposed to rain, road salt, and dirt quickly corrode their copper pins, which can cause severe electrical and ECM communication errors if you ever reinstall stock components.

Q: Will the included tuner bring my truck out of DEF 55 MPH limp mode immediately?

A: Yes. As soon as you flash the ECM with the pre-loaded delete software, the tuner clears the speed limiter countdown, resets emergency limp mode, and turns off all DEF warning messages.
