A: The white LEDs on the bottom of each mirror light the ground beside your doors when you unlock the truck, open a door, or use the courtesy-light switch. They illuminate puddles, curbs, and the area around your trailer hitch as you approach.
Q: Do these plug straight in on my 2007–2014 F-150?
A: Yes — if your truck was factory-equipped with power mirrors, heated mirrors, turn-signal mirrors, and puddle lights, they connect to your existing door harness. If factory options are missing, custom wiring is needed.
Q: How do these differ from the 2004–2006 F-150 mirrors?
A: This set adds the downward-facing white LED puddle/courtesy lights the 2004–2006 model doesn’t include, and the door mounting pattern is different — these only fit 2007–2014. For the earlier generation, check our 2004–2006 F-150 mirrors.
Q: Do these use the 8-pin connector found on the 2015+ models?
