FITMENT

  • 2020–2022 6.7L Ford F-250 F-350 F-450 Super Duty V8 Diesel.
  • This kit is purely a hardware protection solution; it contains zero tuning software, electronics, or performance calibration files.
  • This base kit covers the primary EGR and Exhaust/DPF plugs. It does NOT include the specialized DEF tank module plugs, CCV caps, or SOTF custom sensor caps (available separately).

DESCRIPTION

Product Overview

  • On 2020–2022 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke trucks, tuning out and removing factory emissions or exhaust hardware leaves dozens of live OEM wiring connectors dangling beneath the chassis and hood. Leaving these open harness ends exposed allows road salt, mud, and water wash to creep directly into the pin housings—triggering harness corrosion, intermittent CAN-bus electrical gremlins, and costly wiring repairs.
  • Protect your truck's vital electrical connections with this complete 6.7L Powerstroke Weatherproof Sensor Plug Pack. Engineered to snap directly into your factory OEM harness ends, these sealed weather-pack plugs keep water, mud, and corrosion out of your factory wiring, preserving your electrical system and keeping your engine bay clean and protected.
Key Features
  • Keeps moisture, dust, road grime, and winter salt fully out of the pins, killing corrosion before it starts.
  • Engineered to extreme automotive specs, they shrug off severe under-hood heat, chassis vibration, and constant moisture without warping or working loose.
  • Covers every orphaned factory connector in one kit — the EGR plugs in the engine bay plus the DPF and exhaust-temperature sensor connectors underneath.
  • Separates live factory circuits from electrical noise, blocking false ground-loop codes and leaving the stock harness intact for an easy return to stock.

FAQ

Q: Should I put any grease on these plugs before installing?

A: A thin smear of dielectric grease on the metal pins of the open female plugs is worth doing before the caps go on — the built-in rubber seals already do a lot, but the grease adds one more layer against moisture and corrosion over the long haul.

Q: What connectors does this kit actually include plugs for?

A: The base kit covers the main factory EGR and exhaust-system harness connectors — the ones that end up exposed after emissions parts come off. It doesn’t include the DEF tank plugs or the Shift-On-The-Fly (SOTF) plugs.

Q: Do I have to strip out the whole wiring harness to fit this kit?

A: No, the factory harness stays exactly where it is. Just unplug the sensors (EGR, DPF, and so on) and press these caps onto the open connectors — there’s no cutting, rerouting, or anything to pull out.

Q: Will I get a guide telling me which cap fits which connector?

A: Every 6.7L factory connector has its own shape and keyway, and the caps are molded to fit only their matching plug. If one clicks and locks in smoothly, it’s the right one — you literally can’t put them in the wrong place.
