Q10: What’s the grid heater bolt problem I keep hearing about?
It’s a separate issue from the delete: the 6.7L’s intake grid heater has a nut that can corrode and drop into the intake, causing catastrophic engine damage. It’s cheap insurance to install a reinforced grid heater bolt/bus bar kit while you have the intake apart for the EGR delete.
